Owner Financing. For individuals who we cannot obtain proper financing for them to purchase a home, we have Real Estate Investors that we work with that will do owner finance for our clients. Although this product does fit some people, our goal is to actually get you the financing that will allow you to purchase the home yourself. If we can’t, we have owner financing options.

Our Investors will allow you to pick out the house that you want to buy and then the investor will negotiate the deal and purchase it for you. Then they will owner finance the house back to you. We will then put you on a plan with a loan officer to straighten your credit out and within 1 to 2 years, you will be able to refinance that house into your name. So you get to live in the house, treat it like it’s your own with the full knowledge that in 1 to 2 years you will be able to actually purchase the house back.

It is a really good program to get people on the right track to owning their own home.
